    General information’s for Child & Parents/Guardians

    A] Enrolment Form and Application Process

    1. A non-refundable form charge of a specified amount must be paid at the time of collection.
    2. The form must be filled in completely and accurately, and submitted along with all required documents.
    3. After submission, the School Administration will shortlist candidates for a Physical Eligibility Meeting with child & parents.
    4. Selection for this meeting does not guarantee admission. Final admission will depend on the child’s eligibility, performance, and seat availability.
    5. Submission of the enrolment form does not ensure admission at RTMS.
    6. Only if your child meets the school’s eligibility criteria, an Admission Offer will be issued by the school via Email/Phone and RTMS website.

    B] Admission Confirmation

    Once selected:

    • Parents must pay the admission fee (specified amount) to confirm the seat.
    • Before the session begins, parents must collect the Books, Uniform & Stationery Package from the school office by paying the specified amount, which includes:

    • 8 Textbooks
    • 3 Notebooks
    • 3 Pens
    • 2 Pencils
    • 1 Eraser
    • 1 Sharpener

    👕 Complete Uniform Set

    • 2 Sets of Regular Uniform (Full-sleeve Shirt & Pant/Skirt)
    • 1 Tie
    • 1 Belt
    • 1 Pair of Shoes
    • 1 Pair of Socks
    • 1 School Blazer
    • 1 I-Card
    • Access to the Online Parent Portal

    C] Monthly Fees

    • Monthly tuition fees will vary according to the class, within the range specified by the school.
    • Fees must be paid within the first 10 days of each month.
    • Late payments may attract a fine as per school policy.
    • Fees once paid are non-refundable.

    D] Activity Fees

    The school organizes cultural programs, educational tours, competitions, and developmental activities throughout the year.
                    Parents are requested to cooperate by paying activity fees as applicable for such events.

    E] Communication & Digital Portal

    • All school updates, circulars, and announcements will be shared through the digital web-based notice board on the official RTMS website.
    • Parents must regularly check the website portal for:
      • Academic information
      • Homework and assignments
      • Announcements and events
      • Financial transactions through the Online Parent Wallet

    Parents are requested to maintain a minimum balance of specified amount in the online wallet for smooth transactions and timely payments.

    Admission Document

    NOTE: At the time of Admission submit the following:

    1. i) Two recent Passport size photographs of the child and parents
    2. ii) Xerox Date of Birth Certificate (Bring Original for verification)

    For Residence proof: (Any one of the following)

    1. i) Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
    2. ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
      iii) Electricity bill / Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
      iv) Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents
